After being remanded under custody for almost two weeks Power Star Dr. Srinivasan was released from Puzhal jail last night.
The actor got into a legal soup after being accused of financial fraud by a businessman. The actor can breathe freely for now but he is not completely relieved from the case as it’s still open for hearing soon.

The release comes as a relief to his fans and supporters but more so to the industry. Several projects that the Power Star was involved with suffered disruptions in schedule. Particularly the team of Santhanam’s ‘Kanna Laddu Thinna Aasaiya’ will be keen on completing the Power Star’s portions before any further complications arise with his case.
