Kollywood is one place where you can see some rare combinations come up much to the delight of the fans and movie buffs. Now the latest in this is the probability of a  combination wherein Simbu will join director Selvaraghavan for which the music will be scored by Selva’s old favourite Yuvan.
Let's be honest. Kollywood would be a dull place without Silambarasan spicing up things up every now and then.

Kollywood grapevine is abuzz with rumours that the commercial stud is teaming up with Selvaraghavan the hot shot director of Tamil cinema in an all new realistic "love story laced with peppy music. And the icing on the cake will be that Yuvan Shankar Raja will be providing music for the film. Silambarasan is too excited and when we contacted him he said with a smile:

"It's too early for me to speak about it. But talks are on..". The film is expected to start rolling by mid-2013 and a big production house is backing this "dream venture."

Selva and STR teaming up for the first time is enough to make fans happy. Till recently the rumour mills were saying that they did not see eye to eye as there was a cold war going on between Dhanush and STR.

A source says, "The two (Selva and Simbu) met up recently and discussed the proposition. Both of them are interested in working together and the fact that Yuvan, who has worked extensively with Simbu, wanted to get back again with Selva made the idea more exciting."

Now that former rivals are best of buddies, it will be easy for Selva to work with STR. The third link in the chain Yuvan had produced some of his best music with Selva before they had a fall out. STR for whom Yuvan is always special has now brought them together.

Selvaraghavan, who is currently busy with Irandaam Ulagam starring Arya and Anushka, is working on a love story for the Simbu project. A source says, "It will have a lot of musical elements. Yuvan has composed some of his best tunes for Selva in films like Kadhal Kondein and 7G Rainbow Colony." After their initial films, the filmmaker opted to work with composers like G V Prakash and Harris Jayaraj. There is a lot of expectations from this 'comeback' film.

Now that will be an interesting project and we are excited, as much as the fans are!
