Director K S Ravikumar has directed numerous films including super hit films such as Avvai Shanmugi, Tenali, Dasavatharam, Padayappa, Muthu, Villain and Varalaaru.

K S Ravikumar is currently directing a Hindi film which is the remake of the Tamil film Saamy directed by Hari. This is supposed to be K S Ravikumar’s first Hindi film.

Sanjay Dutt is donning the role which Vikram donned in the Tamil version while Prachi Desai is donning the role which Trisha donned. Prakash Raj is donning the role which Kotta Srinivasa Rao donned.
