Thuppakki directed by AR Murugadoss is all set to hit the screens on November 13th, after a slight confusion. Audiences started booking their tickets to watch their favorite star Vijay on screens on the first day.

All the multiplexes in and around Chennai started giving out the tickets and moreover Sathyam Cinemas has sold out all the Thuppakki tickets for the first day, well in advance.

Vijay and Kajal Agarwal starrer Thuppakki is reported to be releasing in 1000+ screens worldwide, as Gemini Film Circuit is also planning to release ‘Podaa Podi’, the launch pad of Varalakshmi Sarathkumar with STR on the same day in 350+ screens, if the film’s censor formalities are completed by today.

Market guru producer Aascar Ravichandran has snapped the Thuppakki distribution rights in North and South Arcot, while Media One is releasing Thuppakki in 35 screens in Chennai alone.
