Sony Music has bagged one more much awaited audio album of 2012, Ethir Neechal. Anirudh Ravichander has composed the music for Ethir Neechal that is gearing up for a grand music launch on 14th December.

Ethir Neechal album is one more outcome of great combo Dhanush and Anirudh Ravichander, after their 'Why this kolaveri di..' from 3 has recorded a huge hit worldwide. Dhanush has also penned and sung a couple of songs in the film. It has now come to our knowledge that Sony Music has bought the album for an anount that is huge for a small film like Ethir Neechal.

Makers have recently released Ethir Neechal songs making video that went viral among viewers and Sony Music seems to have paid whooping amounts of over a Crore for Ethir neechal audio rights.

Ethir Neechal has been written and directed by Senthil. The album has six songs – Boomi enna suthude, Un paarvayil, Sathiyama Nee Ennaku, Nejamellam, Ethir Neechaladi and Yo Yo Honey. Anirudh has also made Hip Hop Thamizhan Aadhi and Yo Yo Honey sing a number. The audio will be launched on December 14th. 

Siva Karthikeyan and Priya Anand have played the lead roles in Ethir Neechal, directed by Vetrimaaran's assistant Senthil under Dhanush's Wunderbar Films banner.
