Thala Ajith recently revealed that he is planning to complete a film every 8 months, so that he has a release every year. The actor has already started following the schedule since Mankatha.

Ajith in a recent interview (which are very rare, few and far between) shared quite a few insights into his professional and personal facets of life. One of the interesting things he shared in the interview was how he made sure to complete a movie every 8 months. This is something he has followed rigourously since Mankatha, when he worked simultaneously on Billa 2.

Ajith is currently wrapping up his project with Vishnuvardhan. He will immediately commence working the Siva project, keeping in line with his plan of completing a movie every 8 months.

When it came about recognition, Ajith modestly stated that he is not keen on collecting awards but he does prefer to gain the appreciation of his fans and the audience instead.
