Dhanush is one of those actors who keeps a rather low profile and churns out movies without too much of fanfare. He hasn’t had a release since the much-hyped 3. As of now, he is working on Bharat Bala’s 'Mariyaan' and on his Bollywood debut 'Raanjhnaa'.

Even though director Vetrimaran tweeted that he would be uniting with Dhanush for a project sometime in May, the actor is supposedly to be eager to get started with director Sargunam for the film titled 'Sotta Vazhakutty', which is touted to be a full-fledged comedy.

Having tried his hand at comedy, the actor is said is to be keen to see how he fares in a full-length (humor-based) venture. He wrote on Twitter: "Starting sargunam s film from Feb 2nd week. It will be an out and out commercial entertainer. Can't wait to do so.
