Following his recent hit ‘Life is Beautiful, the director was reported of being signed for the Tamil and Telugu remake of Bollywood’s sensational blockbuster film ‘Kahaani’ starring Vidya Balan in lead role that won her Best Actress Filmfare award now.

It was a competition between Anushka and Nayanthara on the close run and finally the latter one has been zeroed on. Shedding lights on this remake, Sekhar Kammula has mentioned that it will not be an exact remake, but will lots of modifications with accordance to the Telugu audience tastes. Let us keep our fingers crossed that Nayan would win more awards for this film as Vidya Balan fetched for her scintillating performance. The film revolves around a pregnant lady in search of her missing husband.
