Ajith's new untitled film directed by Vishnuvardhan is lovingly called Thala 53 by his fans. The film has Ajith, Arya, Nayanthara, Taapsee with music by Yuvan Shankar Raja.

Thala 53 has been under production for the last seven months. The shoot of the film has been going on mainly in Mumbai, Bangalore and Chennai. Now director Vishnuvardhan along with the unit is going to Dubai, for another schedule of the film.

The buzz around Thala 53 is awesome , and expectations from director Vishnuvardhan to deliver a hit is huge. Ajith fans are peeved that Vishnu is not saying anything about the film and keeping it under the wraps.

Finally Vishnuvardhan has woken up and tweeted – "Even I want to share a lot about the film and the title, though it's too early guys. And regarding the title, I'm waiting for the producer to give a go ahead to release. Finally it’s a team decision, will be sharing soon. Too many issues happening and I think it’s better we edit and come easy and cool."
