Karthi is busy shooting for his upcoming movie Biriyani. Venkat Prabhu is directing this film and Hansika is playing the female lead. Premji will be seen in a prominent role. 

Director Venkat Prabhu shared the progress of Biriyani to a private news magazine. He said about canning two songs on Karthi and Hansika in Spain and Portugal which will be held in May. This schedule is touted to be the last schedule and director is planning to wrap up the shoot by the end of June 10.

Yuvan Shankar Raja is composing tunes for this movie. As per reports, Karthi, Premji and director Venkat Prabhu will croon a song for Biriyani and Yuvan has already composed two songs and more two songs had to be recorded. Meanwhile Karthi is also busy shooting All in All Azhagu Raja under Rajesh direction and Kajal Agarwal plays the main lead.
