Suriya is busy shooting for upcoming Tamil action-drama Singam 2 under Hari's direction. He is expected to join the sets of his new film Dhruva Nachatiram in June.

Director Gautam Menon has roped A.R.Rahman to compose the tunes and official female lead announcement is awaited. The film was launched on May 3 here in Chennai.

Suriya is busy with the post-production works of Singam 2. A close source from Dhruva Nachatiram shared the progress, "Suriya is likely to complete 'Singam' by first week of June, and is expected to join the shoot of 'Dhruva Nachatiram' a week later. The pre-production work is underway and director Gautham is busy zeroing in on rest of the cast."

Gautham Vasudev Menon will helm Dhruva Nachatiram and it is produced in his own banner Photon Kathaas. He has already finalized Simran and R. Parthepan for the cast. This is Gautham and Suriya's third film together after successful Tamil films Kaakha Kaakha and Vaaranam Aayiram. Meanwhile, Suriya will also simultaneously start working for untitled Tamil to be directed by Lingusamy.
