We have just come to know from reliable sources, that the music release function of Venkat Prabhu’s Biriyani has been postponed from the 15th of August to the 31st of August, which happens to be Yuvan Shankar Raja’s birthday.

On the 15th, a grand event was planned at the Leela Palace in Chennai and many prominent composers were set to attend the launch. Now, the venue and other details of this delayed launch will be announced in the coming days.

This being the case, the theatrical release of Biriyani will also be pushed. Earlier planned as a September 6th release, the movie now stands postponed according to inside sources. The work on the movie is yet to be complete, and the director is looking at making some improvements and enhancements to the movie.
