Director turned actor Sasikumar’s next acting venture is titled Brahman which also has comedy superstar Santhanam in an important role. The duo are currently camped in Coimbatore shooting for the film which is being directed by Kamal Haasan’s assistant by the name Socrates. Newcomer Lavanya plays the female lead while Kannada star Sudeep is also a part of the movie.

Another interesting fact about this movie is the fact that Yuvan Shankar Raja is composing the music. This would mark the first time that Yuvan would be working with Sasikumar. Shoots of Bramman has been progressing at the Bharathiar University in Coimbatore for quite soemtime now. Malayalam cinematographer Jomon T John is cranking the camera and with Santhanam joining the crew, the shooting spot is expected to become more lively than before.
