After the release of Thanga Meengal, Director Ram’s next project would be Taramani and the director has already shot a song too, for this movie. He and the producers J.S.K Film Corporation plan to release the movie in January 2014.

In a conversation with Behindwoods, Ram talks about Taramani in detail “I have envisioned Taramani as a full-fledged urban love story in the post globalized world with issues like conflict, sex, lust and money being in focus. The film will talk about the concept of eternal love between a male and female”

Ram is totally in awe of Andrea, her voice and personality and feels that she is among the most underutilized actresses in the industry. “Taramani would be a lifetime role for Andrea and I am confident that her talent and nuanced emoting skills would come to the fore in this movie. She is among the most important actresses in the industry”

Ram shares good wavelength with the producer Satish and they have planned to bring out Taramani for a mainstream audience. Distributors have already appreciated the first look posters of Taramani and have called Ram and conveyed their interest in the movie.
