Currently, Udhayanidhi Stalin does movie ‘Idhu Kathirvelan Kadhal’ in which he pairs up with Nayanthara. Udhayanidhi seems to have been moved to tears for a scene in the movie.

In his first movie ‘Oru Kal Oru Kannadi’, Udhayanidhi did a jovial character. Udhayanidhi is very clear that he cannot do serious roles.

For a scene in the movie ‘Idhu Kathirvelan Kadhal’, director asked Udhayanidhi to cry. But, Udhayanidhi tried to give the slip saying nobody could relish it.

But, the movie director did not relent. He seems to have said that, as an actor, Udhayanidhi should deliver every type of emotion.

You might imagine that there would be close scenes between Udhayanidhi and Nayathara in the movie. But, Udhayanidhi said that he appears with Santhanam in major portions of the movie. Only in song sequences, he appears with Nayanthara.
