It is finally happening, two Tamil romcom's Naiyaandi and Vanakkam Chennai are going to clash this Navarathri festival weekend.

The October 11 weekend is going to be huge, as there are four public holidays in the week.

Naiyaandi directed by A Sarkunam and produced by Five Star Films S Kathiresan is a romcom which has Dhanush, Nazriya Nazeem and Soori. The music of Ghibran is already a hit.

Vanakkam Chennai is Kiruthiga Udhayanidhi's debut film as director and has Shiva, Priya Anand and Santhanam in the lead, with music by Anirudh which is already a chartbuster. The film is produced and distributed by Udhaynidhi Stalin's Red Giants.
