Bollywood handsome star Hrithik Roshan, who is busy with the promotions of this upcoming Hindi film Krish 3, spoke to the press in Bangalore and reported Superstar Rajinikanth is one of his favorite actors down the South.

Hrithik Roshan, who is playing a superhero in his upcoming film, Krissh 3, has watched portions of some south films. "They have such technical finesse that we could take a leaf or two out of it," he says. But would he do a south remake, given that it is the flavour of Bollywood now? "That is always on the cards," he says.

Ask him if there are any favourites down south with whom he would like to work, and Hrithik says, "There are so many. But I do want to work with Rajini sir. I've worked in a film with him years ago as a child artist. It would be an honour if I could work with him now. I have great respect for Rajini sir. He's like a mentor. He's taught me a lot just by example. He's a real-life hero and is like a father figure to me." In fact, the actor's father, Rakesh Roshan, and Rajinikanth are friends, who have kept in touch over the years.
