Finally, producer Ravinder Chandrasekar of Libra Productions has decided to release his black comedy Sutta Kathai on October 25.

The film was initially to be released by Vendhar Movies, but they backed out after release date was fixed.

The director of the film Subu, has tweeted that Sutta Kathai is releasing on Oct 25, one week before Diwali. He has asked for audience support as they have only one week window before Diwali films release on November 2.

Sutta Kathai is a dark comedy film directed by debutant Subu, and stars Balaji, Venky, Nassar, Lakshmi Priyaa and MS Bhaskar. The plot follows the story of two police constables who try to solve a murder case in a village.
