Renowned distribution house Thenandal Films have acquired Thala Ajith's Veeram distribution rights for Chennai and NSC areas, who have earlier owned Arrambam theatrical rights only in Chengalpet area.

Post successful Arrambam, Ajith is busy wrapping up Veeram, which revolves around Ajith and his brothers played by Vidarth, Bala, Munish and Suhail. Ajith continues his reign of dare devil stunts in Veeram too and director Siva is tensed while former was performing the sequences but is extremely happy with the outcome.

Thala Ajith and Tamanna starring Veeram is being produced by Vijaya Productions with Devi Sri Prasad's music. Ajith's Veeram is slated for a grand Pongal release on January 10, 2014.
