Indian film actor Siddharth has signed his next film with Pizza and Soodhu Kavvum producer CV Kumar that will likely kick starts in January.

Upcoming Siddharth starrer is an official remake of Kannada film Lucia directed by Pawan Kumar. Debutant Prasad Ramar will direct Lucia remake in Tamil, which will have music by Santosh Narayan under CV Kumar's Thirukumaran Entertainments banner.

Siddharth himself confirmed the reports in his twitter page and said, "Lucia director Pawan Kumar deserves all the praise coming his way. The movie is really affective and I hope we do enough justice. Very thrilled to be working with path breaking producer CV Kumar and young talented team."

Meanwhile, Siddharth has recently wrapped up Pizza director Karthik Subbaraj's Jigarthanda with Lakshmi Menon as his lady lead. Jigarthanda is gearing up for January 2014 release.
