It is known that Kamal Haasan's Uttama Villain is taking a fast shape in the hands of director actor Ramesh Arvind.

Latest on it is, Parvathy Nair who has signed the dotted line for UV will be pairing opposite debutante actor Ashwin who plays Kamal Haasan's son in the movie.

Speaking about how she bagged the role, Parvathy says: "Uttama Villain team had called upcoming actresses for screen test and one of the casting agents sent my pictures. Agent called me when I was shooting for an advertisement in Bangalore asking me to attend for the screen test as they were impressed with my pictures. One of the assistant directors shot the video, when I was enacting a scene imprompt and I heard Ramesh and Kamal sir liked my performance and tats how I got the role. It is an honor to be a part of the team."

Though Parvathy has not revealed anything about her role, a source said: "She is quite excited and nervous! To play the role as a 19-year-old who romances Kamal's son Ashwin. Currently, Uttama Villain unit is shooting in Bangalore."

Andrea Jeremiah and Pooja kumar plays female leads for Kamal Haasan in the movie that also casts Jayaram in a prominent role with Ghibran's music.
