Siddharth is a thinking actor who has essayed diverse roles in his career. He is awaiting his next release Jigarthanda directed by Karthik Subbaraj and is also working in Vasantha Balan's Kaaviya Thalaivan.

In an outburst of sorts, Siddharth through his microblogger has stated that there are numerous lies that are written about him to the extent that he has teenage children. He has also said that he is working very hard and that he would definitely reveal when he settles down in life and has pleaded with irresponsible reporting to have some respect on his life.

The actor in his series of tweets says, "I’m 35 years old. I’m working harder than I’ve ever worked. When I settle down in life I’ll let you all know. Till then, just chill. Please".
