Ilaiyathalabathi Vijay's 57th film 'Kaththi' is progressing at a brisk pace under the stewardship of director A.R.Murugadoss.

The film produced on a grand scale by Lyca Entertainments and Ayngaran International will be released as a grand Deepavali treat for Vijay fans and the team is working day and night to achieve the target.

Ilayathalapathy Vijay's AR Murugadoss directed Kaththi is making brisk progress in Chennai. Murugadoss has completed significant portions of Kaththi so far after shooting in Hyderabad for most of the time.

The current schedule in Chennai is expected to go for few more weeks. However the first look of 'Kaththi' is yet to be released. Earlier some sources close to the film's unit said the first look of 'Kaththi' will be released on Tamil New Year day (April 14). Later it was rumored that the first look will be out on May 1. But the first look of 'Kaththi' is not yet released.
The new team has already started designing the first look of 'Kaththi' and it can be expected to be released in a few weeks.

Now we are getting the news that designers of Kaththi have been changed. A new team of Designers, Gopi and Prasanna who have worked earlier on Arya – Nayanthara's Raja Rani and recently released VMP are coming on-board.

With this change, Kaththi's first look is expected after a few weeks. Meanwhile, Music director Anirudh has completed 4 songs for Kaththi. It is also being speculated that Kaththi's audio will be launched in London. But one thing is certain, Kaththi will be a Diwali treat for Vijay fans.
