The shooting of cinematographer Ravi K Chandran’s directorial debut Yaan, starring Jiiva and Thulasi in the lead, is almost complete except for two songs and some patchwork.

We hear that the team is all set to camp in Europe some time next month to shoot these two songs. And the highlight of one of those numbers, we are told, is that Jiiva and Thulasi will change into 50 costumes each for it.

A source in the know tells us, “Ravi K Chandran has to shoot just a day’s patchwork for the film in Mumbai, where the film’s first half is set. After that, he will be travelling to Europe with the entire team to picturize two songs, composed by Harris Jayaraj. And for one of the numbers, the film’s lead pair will sport a 100 costumes. Both Jiiva and Thulasi will manually change into 50 costumes each, which means there will be a costume change per beat. This is something new that they are trying out, and they are quite kicked about it. The team is planning to shoot the numbers in some picturesque countries in Europe, including Switzerland, France and Italy.”
