Pizza director Karthik Subbaraj's Jigarthanda featuring Siddharth, Lakshmi Menon and Bobby Simha is slated for August 1st release. Jigarthanda produced by Five Star Kathiresan was earlier planned to be released on July 25 but postponed due to unrevealed facts.

Remember, earlier Siddharth took his twitter page to show his anger on the filmmakers for not informing him or Karthik Subbaraj about the postponement. On this TFPC condemned the actor saying, "Once an actor receives his remuneration, he is nothing to do with release date. It is up to producers and distributors when they want to release the movie".

Jigarthanda music by Santosh Narayanan is entertaining. And it is to be seen whether the film's cast and crew will join promotional activities.
