Before few minutes, actor-film critic Boskey has tweeted breaking news on his micro-blogging page that Silambarasan was disappointed with Gautham Menon over changing the last minute plan of not casting him in a cameo for his upcoming film 'Thala 55' starring Ajith Kumar in lead role. It seems that STR had cancelled 2 days shooting of his Idhu Namma Aalu for the sake of this shooting, but is now disappointed.

Trisha joins Thala 55

Trisha has joined the sets of Thala55. directed by Gautham Menon. The film’s title hasn’t been confirmed yet; however, it’s being referred to as ‘Thala 55′ by Ajith’s fans.

An excited Trisha who joined the sets yesterday tweeted, “Satisfying kick start to “THALA 55″ wit tere supa energetic n efficient team.Thanks fr d faith Gautam. Happy dance.”

Trisha and Ajith have been considered a hit pair and have hits like Ji, Kireedam and Mankatha to their credit. The film also has Anushka playing the lead. Harris Jayaraj is scoring the music for the film and Dan Macarthur is handling the cinematography. The shoot is expected to be wrapped up by the end of the year.

Thala55 Title

There were lots of speculations regarding the title of the film and now the sources say that the producer AM Ratnam is on plans to organize a grand function to announce the film's title and Ajith who doesn't attend most of the public functions is said to be gracing the occasion.
