It’s not actor Ajith, but actress Nayanthara, Karthika and Vedhika’s ex manager Ajith, who passed away yesterday.

Ajith had been a manager for many actresses like Nayanthara, Karthika and Vedhika. Ajith who resides in Perungudi suffered a cardiac arrest on Wednesday and was rushed to a private hospital in Adyar. He was in the ICU for the past two days but his condition deteriorated and he passed away last evening.

Actress Karthika and Vedhika took on to Twitter to express their condolence. Karthika Nair had tweeted, "RIP Ajithji..too shocked n cant accept the fact ur no more..he was not just my manager but my mentor n family member.. will be deeply missed."

Actress Vedhika had tweeted the following:
"Just got 2 kno tat my ex-Manager Ajith has passed away..shocking. May God bless his soul n give strength to d family. Rest in peace."

The funeral is set to happen today at 3 pm. Most of the film fraternity is expected to pay homage.
