Popular Television channel Jaya TV bagged the Superstar Rajinikanth starrer Lingaa satellite rights for an un-revealed whooping price.

Jaya TV has earlier bought Rajinikanth's Soundarya Ashwin's debutante directorial Kochadaiiyaan, followed by upcoming biggies Vijay-AR Murugadoss's Kaththi and Vikram's Shankar directed I television rights.

We also hear that Kannada producer Rockline Venkatesh funding Lingaa overseas rights are sold to Arun Pandian of A & P International.

KS Ravikumar directing Lingaa with the likes of Anushka, Sonakshi Sinha, Santhanam, Jagapathi Babu and others in the lead roles.

Vikram's I and Vijay's Kaththi are slated for Diwali release, while Rajinikanth's Lingaa will hit screens on December 12th.
