Ever since the controversies started to hover around Vijay’s ‘Kaththi’ the media houses were wondering, why there isn’t any official clarification from the production house.

Last week, Subhaskaran Allirajah gave an interview to a weekly and clarified few things regards to their alleged relationship with the Sri Lankan Govt & Rajapakse. The team Lyca has met the press this afternoon at Taj and issued a press release which carries all the clarifications to the rumors which were floating all over the web for the past few months.

“I take immense pleasure in announcing the release date of a prestigious movie ‘Kaththi’ & I’m very confident about delivering good movies with the team we have on our board.” – K. Karunamoorthy, producer of Lyca. A few miscreants have been propagating some baseless rumors & it is my responsibility to clarify them.
