Chiyaan Vikram is known for sporting different looks in his films and works hard for them. The actor who had proved his guts with distinct roles in Shankar directed I and Anniyan is said to be donning a cop role in his next.

Vikram had already played a tough police inspector role in director KS Ravikumar's Saamy and the Tamil star is reported to be doing it again in his upcoming movie to be directed by A.G.Amid of Rajathandhiram fame.

"Vikram will be seen as a policeman in the film. He's also expected to grow mustache for the role," a source from the film's unit told

Currently shooting for 10 Enradhukulla in Vijay Milton direction, Vikram is expected to join the sets of untitled Amid directorial in August. Ghibran is roped in to compose music. Delayed Karikalan makers will bankroll this untitled Vikram starrer.

Meanwhile, Vikram is keen on shooting for untitled Anand Shankar directorial, which is expected to commence soon in Malaysia.
