Ever since Vijay wrapped up the shoot of the upcoming most awaited movie 'Master', there has been a lot of speculation around the actor's next movie.
Yesterday after an Instagram post of Thuppaki picture collage by Santosh Sivan, it made rounds in social media and fans speculated Vijay's next will be the Sequel of 'Thuppaki'. Sources say the groundwork has started for Vijay's next 'Thalapathy 65' reportedly directed by A.R. Murugadoss and produced by Sun Pictures.

Meanwhile, a section of media reported that Thalapathy Vijay’s next film will be directed by Sudha Kongara and the same will be announced officially on Vijay’s birthday, which falls on June 22. This news comes after a fake Twitter profile in the name of director Sudha Kongara created quite a buzz on social media after putting up a tweet that said, “June 22 - Update about my next project”. Interestingly, June 22 happens to be Thalapathy Vijay’s birthday and fans are expecting the announcement of Thalapathy 65 to be made on that day. It can be noted that Sudha was one among the few directors who were in contention to helm the mega biggie, to be produced by Sun Pictures.

To clear the air, Sudha Kongara has now clarified that she is not available on any social media platform and requested the fans not to believe in fake profiles and unauthentic tweets. Sudha Kongara has officially clarified via Vishnu Vishal’s tweet
"Hi, I am not on twitter or any social media. When I do get on it I will officially announce it and do so. So kindly ignore the fake ID and don’t waste your time following it. Stay safe, stay home, and stay busy doing what you love and what you can do from home. Looking forward to life the other side of this devastating virus."

With that film, Maddy got a different character in his career and Kollywood got a new heroine. Sudha’s second Tamil movie is Soorarai Pootru with Suriya Sivakumar and Aparna Balamurali. Soorarai Pottru, starring Suriya in the lead role. This biopic drama has got high expectations among the fans and general audience and it will be one of the first films to release as soon as the lockdown gets uplifted.
