While GV Prakash playing a role of a doctor, 'Trap City' also has actor Napolean playing a Gangster. American Stand-up Comedian - actor - producer Brandon T Jackson is the lead actor in the film playing a rapper. Brandon is known for his work in films like Tropic Thunder, Lottery Ticket and Percy Jackson & the Olympians.
The movie is about the story of a struggling rapper who also is a part of a drug mafia in Atlanta and portrays the struggles he faces because of the involvement of drugs in his life.
