Vijay's 'Thalapathy 65' final script is ready

While Vijay's upcoming film 'Master' directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj is awaiting release, it is well known that Vijay's 65th film which tentatively titled as Thalapathy 65 will be helmed by AR Murugadoss.

Like kollyinsider reported earlier director AR Murugadoss was working on fine-tuning the script. Now reports emerge that the 'Thuppakki' director, who is under immense pressure to give a hit after 'Dharbar' flop, has utilized the lockdown time to enhance the script for 'Thalapathy' Vijay.

It is said that Murugadoss is planning to meet Vijay soon and narrate the final version of the completed script, once Vijay OKs the script and screenplay, decision will be made on the budget of the film by the producer, Sun Pictures. Apart from the music composer S Thaman, rest of the technical crew and cast is expected to be announced along with the official announcement.

'Thalapathy 65' marks Vijay and Murugadoss's fourth collaboration. They have previously worked together in Thuppakki, Kaththi and Sarkar. Apparently 'Thalapathy 65' could be a sequel to their 2012 blockbuster hit 'Thuppakki'.

Reports suggest that the actor will be collaborating with Sri Thenandal Films for Thalapathy 66 and it will be directed by Vetrimaaran. Vijay’s upcoming film 'Master' is expected to release for next year’s Pongal festival. Directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj, the film has Vijay Sethupathi as the main antagonist, Malavika Mohanan and Andrea Jeremiah as female leads. Shanthnu Bhagyaraj will be seen playing a prominent role. Vijay was last seen in 'Bigil' directed by Atlee.
