Director Vetrimaaran is one of the most successful directors in Kollywood who mostly worked with Dhanush and gave blockbuster hit at the box office. The ace director recently revealed that he is working on the scripts for his film with Vijay.

Meanwhile, GV Prakash Kumar, Vetrimaaran's favourite musician in a live interaction with fans on social media has revealed that both Vetrimaaran and Vijay have been in talks with each other and they will come together once both the busy director and the actor finish their prior commitments.

"They will join hands next year or the year after based on their commitments. It will be a solid project and one of the most expected films", said GV Prakash.

So the much-expected combo will come together for sure in the future. If all goes well, GV Prakash will be scoring music for Vetrimaaran and Vijay's new film.

Director Vetrimaaran is currently working for his film under RS Infotainment, which features Soori in the lead role. He also join hands with Suriya for the first time for the upcoming project 'Vaadivasal', based on the novel of the same name by CS Chellapa.
