It’s no more a buzz, as the sources have confirmed that the shooting of ‘Vikramakudu’ has already started. Yeah! The yesteryear Telugu film ‘Vikramakudu’ featured Ravi Teja in dual roles with Anushka starring opposite him in female lead.

Now we have Karthi performing the same roles of a small time thief and a cop as well. Karthi’s Uncle K.E. Gnyanavel Rajan produces this film under the banner of Studio Green Films and is reported to be directed by Bala’s associate Siva.

Earlier Kathir, who made his debut directorial with Jeeva starrer ‘Thennavattu’ was supposed to wield the megaphone and was replaced at the last moment.

Since, Thamannah is busy shooting for her regional project, the comedy portions involving Karthi and Santhanam were shot in Chennai. Sooner as Thamannah arrives in town, her sequences will be shot along with Karthi.
