Murali is an Indian film actor,having his roots in Karnataka, but concentrating in Tamil films, appeared in leading and supporting roles throughout his career. Murali has acted with many stars including Vijaykanth, Prabhu, Sathyaraj, Prabhu Deva, Surya, Parthiban, Sarath Kumar, Mammootty and Sivaji Ganesan. In the 1990s, He has also acted with famous heroines including Simran, Roja, Devayani, Laila and Rambha. His son, Adharvaa, is also debuting as an actor. He passed away on 8th of September 2010 due to heart attack.
