Shankar is all set to start his 3 Idiots remake in Tamil from December 6, 2010 in Chennai. The three heroes who will play the lead roles in the film will be Vijay, Siddharth & Jeeva. The film will be produced by Gemini Film Circuit. Ileana will perform the female lead role and Gemini Film Circuit will play the role of Ileana's father. Sources revealed that, the producer have agreed to pay Rs 1.5Crore for Ileana for doing both Tamil and Telugu versions. In Telugu Gemini Film Circuit will be doing the lead role.
