The latest we hear is that Vijay is all set to announce his plans on MGR's birthday that is on January 17th 2011. Sources have said that Vijay will support AIADMK in the next general election. But some reports claim that he will launch his own party like actor Vijayakanth, who is the founder of Desiya Murpokku Dravida Kazhagam.
However, the 36-year-old actor is currently holidaying in the US with his family. His next film Kaavalan is hitting the screens this Pongal.
