The popular Hollywood production house 20th Fox Century is producing Hindi films and distributing Hollywood films in India with the banner Fox Star India. Now this production house has joined with A R Murugadoss to produce Tamil films. A press meet with regard to this was held a few months back in Chennai.
Murugadoss while speaking about this said," Fox production house has asked me to direct Hindi films. Since I was planning to direct a Tamil film, it was not possible to accept their proposal. Then they asked me whether it was possible to produce Tamil films for them, I agreed.
I have named my production house as A R Murugadoss Productions. Initially we will be producing small budgeted films and later on we will be producing high budgeted films. The first film that I am producing will be directed by my assistant Saravanan. This film has Vimal and Jai in the cast. Taman is composing the music while Velraj handles the camera. Amala Paul of Myna fame will be the heroine of this film."
