Mithran R Jawahar, director of films such as 'Yaaradi Nee Mohini', 'Kutty' and the recent 'Uthamaputhiran', married on Wednesday Jafeen Banu at Egmore in Chennai. His reception is scheduled this evening at Vadapalani.
Jafeen Banu is the daughter of 'Bullet' Babu, who choreographs special effects for stunt sequences. Both Mithran R Jawahar and Jafeen Banu are residents of Nesapakkam in Chennai.
According to circles close to the director, he was unable to invite everyone to his wedding since it was organised in a short period of time. It is said that he has invited all his friends and colleagues to the reception.
It is expected that who is who of Tamil film industry will greet the couple at the reception scheduled at a star hotel. Those who had attended the wedding on Wednesday include director Shankar, actors Prasanna and Vivek and music composer Vijay Antony.
