Leading producer P.L.Thenappan's father passed away in Chennai today. P.L.Thenappan has worked as a production executive earlier and was also the co-producer for several films involving Ulaganayagan Kamal Haasan and Superstar Rajinikanth. Some of his most notable films include Panchathanthiram, Pammal K. Sambandham, Thenali, Padayappa, etc. Sri Rajalakshmi Films Pvt. Ltd. is his banner and is currently involved in several projects. His contribution to Indian cinema is immense and especially in Kollywood, there is no conversation in film circuits without Thenappan's name being mentioned with respect to interesting projects.
