This is the final schedule of Venghai and director Hari will be canning one song and few crucial scenes in this schedule. Most of the film was shot in Karaikudi and its surrounding locations. Tamannaah is pairing Dhanush in Venghai and her look in the film is completely opposite to her earlier films as she appears in Indian traditional outfits. Dhanush's character is totally new and infact he has under the skin of the role.

Music is by Devi Sri Prasad all the songs are expected to peppy and foot tapping. Cinematography is by Vetri while editing is by V. T. Vijayan. Bharathireddy of Vijaya Productions is producing the film.
