"Vaanam" Movie Director Silambarasan’s Krish is facing the ire of Hindu Munani (HM).

It is known that, HM activists are opposing a fracas between Hindu Fundamentalist elements and Muslim couple. The parts are played during Vinayaka Chaturthi Festival Prakash Raj and Sonia Aggarwal.

The group of activists protested screening of the movie at Albert and MM Theatre in Tondiarpet in order to avoid untoward incident, cops took them into incarceration and freed them later.

HM group alleges that, Hindu organizations have been portrayed in gruesome way. They also said that, how censor board passed U/A certificate to it.

According to sources, HM has sent legal notices to director Krish and distributor Dhyanidhi Alagiri.
