Vijay, Ileana, Jeeva and Srikanth starrer Nanban shoot is currently progressing in Chennai.

The shoot will continue here in Chennai for another 8 days and later which the team will shoot some songs in other locations. Vijay, Jeeva and Ileana are taking part in the on going shoot. Director Shankar has made changes to the script and lead roles to match Tamil style. It's not a line-by-line remake of the Hindi version as confessed by all.

Shankar is planning to shoot a couple of songs with Vijay and Ileana in the exotic locations in Spain and around the world.

Nanban is produced by Raju Easwaran and T. Muthuraj under the banner of Gemini Film Circuit.

Nanban is tentatively slated for its release on the eve of Diwali.
