South industry gorgeous and hot beauty Priyamani is celebrating her birthday today. The actress is going to enter her 27th year with this birthday.
Priyamani was born as Priya Vasudev Mani Iyer, on June 4, 1984 in Palakkad but she was brought up in Bangalore. After completing her school studies the actress has ventured into modeling with print media which later extended and she started earning opportunities in films. Priyamani was introduced by director Bharathiraja’s Kangalal Kaidhu Sei, which was released in 2004. It's not known to many that Priyamani is the cousin of Bollywood actress Vidya Balan.
Priyamani has so far stared in nearly 40 films in Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, Hindi, and Telugu. Though she acted in many films in other languages but it was in Kollywood the actress has bagged a National Award for Best Actress for the film Paruthi Veeran directed by Ameer Sultan in 2007. It was for the same film she was honoured with Filmfare Best Tamil Actress Award, Tamil Nadu State Film Award for Best Actress and Vijay Award for Best Actress.
Priyamani is currently busy with 1 Telugu film and two Kannada films. Currently there are no Tamil projects in her kitty.
