Priya Anand who impressed the audiences with her performance in Nootrenbadhu is soon going to make her Bollywood debut.

The actress has made her presence felt in South cinema and will soon be seen in a Bollywood film, to be directed by Balki of Cheeni Kum and Paa fame. The director felt that Priya Anand would be apt for the role as the story of the film revolves on the backdrop of the United States and mainly it revolves around an Indian girl who is the US.

Sources reveal "Since the director of the film is a name to reckon with in quality films it would be a perfect launch pad for Priya Anand in Bollywood.  Moreover her character in the film is said to be meaty and the actress undoubtedly will be getting the much required name and fame with her maiden venture itself".

The actress made her big screen debut with Tamil film Vamanan and later was seen in Nootrenbadhu.
