The tussle between Tamil Nadu Film Producer Council and FEFSI continues , director Cheran has come out with a proposal that can be adopted by both the parties for a healthy cinema environment.


He said that everyone agrees to pay justifiable salary for FEFSI member and but clarified the salary demanded by the FEFSI union will be out of propotion for a small budget movies. Hence ,he has requested FEFSI to fix the members salary according to the budget of the movie which is followed by other leading technicians who vary their salary according to budget of the movie that they work . This is said to bring in mutual agreement for the smooth functioning of both unions.The press note ended with a strong note that states Cheran as director and a technician forever.
