Director Murugadoss does not want to sit idle and he wants to utilize the time that he has now, thanks to the ongoing film employees strike! The ace director is planning to make a short film in this time gap.

"Recently I stumbled upon a group of young people interacting in a jolly mood outside my house. These youngsters triggered a little story in my mind and this short film idea came into being. I going to portray the love of a school going boy and a girl made with a touchy script. I want to see an end to the strike soon but if it continues I will go for this short," says the director.

Vijay starring 'Thuppakki' that the director is currently doing is already completed with its first schedule and two songs have also been composed for the film. The crew will go for the next schedule shoot once the strike is over.
