After Prabhu Deva directed 'Vedi' Vishal is coming out with his next film 'Samaran' that he pairs with his close friend Trisha for the first time.

'Samaran' is directed by Thiru, who directed Vishal's 'Theeratha Vilayaattu Pillai'.
Along with Vishal and Trisha the film also features Bollywood actor Manoj Bajpai, J D Chakravarthy and Sunaina in other prominent roles.

The film is an action-drama that is produced by T Ramesh of Balaji Real Media.
Yuvan Shankar Raja has scored the music and the camera is handled by Richard M Nathan.
The film's shoot is progressing in a fast pace and is expected to see its release in May.
