Vairamuthu received his sixth national award for penning soulful lyrics in Seenu Ramasamy's Thenmerkku Paruvakaatru.

The ace lyricist is teaming up with Seenu once again for a movie Neerparavai produced by Red Giant Movies.

The film has fishermen — particularly those belonging to the Christian community, as its backdrop. In a bid to create novelty, sources say that Vairamuthu is using popular words from the Bible in all the five songs he will be writing for this film.

Composed by Rahnandhan, the audio of Neerparavai is expected to be out next month.
